They understand how their emotions and behaviours impact on others in the workplace and visa-versa, so they can act accordingly to improve workplace relationships and productivity.
Step Two: A 90 MINUTE FEEDBACK AND COACHING SESSION ON YOUR RESULTS.
Following an in-depth look at your results (this is a compulsory part of taking the assessment.)
